How do I place an order?
All orders are completed via phone, fax, or email. We prefer email! At this time we do not offer a cart for online or website purchasing. Payment is expected with your order.
How do I get a quote?
Call +1-678-460-7009, or email sales@ivtechga.com with your quote request. Please include end use and end use country. We will email your quote as soon as we can. We try to quote as quickly as we can, but sometimes manufacturers can take a while to get back to us; we will keep you updated on the status of your quote if that is the case.
How do I pay?
Accepted methods of payment are by wire transfer, credit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is an additional 4% charge when using a credit card. All wire transfers under $1000 will incur a $75 processing fee added to the total.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not. Though orders under $1,000, paid by wire transfer, will incur a $75 order processing fee, added to the total. If you have more than one open quote with us and would like to combine them to save the fee, you can do so.
Do you buy surplus material?
No, but if that is what you want we can supply that.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries?
Yes. We ship to Canada and to over 190 other countries as allowed by United States export regulations.
How do you ship?
UPS, FEDEX, DHL on your account or ours. We can also ship using our or your freight forwarder air or ocean. We will follow your instructions.
Do you have weight limits for shipping?
“Small packages” can be up to 150lbs (70 kg), packages can be up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined, packages can be up to 108 inches (270 cm) in length, and packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Oversized packages will require freight arrangements. We can ship on your account or ours. UPS, FEDEX, DHL, our freight forwarder or yours.
What manufactures do you carry?
At this time, we only represent one manufacturer, BG Service Company, but we can supply products from almost any manufacturer. Let us know what you want and we will try to get you the best price possible for you.
The part that I'm looking for is obsolete. Can you help me?
Yes. We specialize in hard-to-find and obsolete parts. Please give us as much information as possible on your old part and we try our best to quote a replacement. (Brand, model number, part number, specifications, serial #, application, and a picture, the more details we have the better)
Do you accept returns?
All goods purchased are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Returns are not accepted. Most material we deal with is special ordered and returns are not accepted by the manufacturers.
Why do you need the end use and end use country in order to quote?
IV TECH GA, LLC complies with all US export requirements, it is a prescreening method to make sure we comply with these requirements. Download Export Form
Why do I have to provide the end user information if I make a purchase?
IV TECH GA, LLC complies with all US export regulations. We do NOT share this information unless the manufacturer or the US government require it of us. Download Export Form
Are you authorized distributors for any manufacturers?
Yes, we are an authorized distributor for BG Service Company. We are a trading company that procures and resells products and material according to our customers’ needs. This allows us to deal with many manufacturers.
Do you provide a warranty?
IV TECH GA, LLC doesn’t warranty any of the products we sell. All warranties are provided from the manufacturer.
